Reservations

Each participating church will pay a non-refundable fee of $200 by September 1. ($250 after September 1.) Checks should be made out to Oakland Baptist Church and sent to: Shelden Timmerman, Oakland Baptist Church, 1067 Oakland Avenue Rock Hill, SC 29732. Additionally, there is a fee per choir member which covers the cost of a Festival Logo T-shirt and hospitality fees (see order form). T-shirts will be provided for each choir to wear at the final Sunday worship time. Fees and order form are due by February 1.

Housing

Housing for the festival will be at Springmaid Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. Rooms are $89.00 per night, plus 11% tax for a total of $102.35 per room per night. All rooms must have first night's deposit by February 6. After that date, rooms in the block will be released and can be reserved only on a space-available basis. Rooming lists must be sent to Springmaid by February 6. Any individual cancellations or reduction of rooms within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night room and tax. To make reservations, call 800.770.6895 and speak to Kim Hinson. Indicate that your group is a part of the Festival by the Sea. Your room count must be finalized by January 23; this is earlier than in previous years. (Driving Directions)

Meals

Meals will be on your own. Springmaid Beach Resort has a cafeteria serving three meals per day. Please check with Springmaid for rates (Rates are approximately Breakfast $7.75, Lunch $8.50, Dinner $10.75. You may make reservations for meals when you reserve your rooms, or you may choose to eat elsewhere.
